Deepika Padukone's Beauty and Fitness Secrets...!!!

Sometimes luck plays an imperative role in our life but we can't ignore hard work as well. One such gorgeous actress of Bollywood  who is counted among the best actresses of world and that is the beautiful Deepika Padukone. She started her glamorous journey through Lakme Fashion Week and later she won the Model of the year award by Kingfisher Airlines fashion award . Then she did her debut to Bollywood industry through Farah Khan's film Om Shanti Om in the opposite of King Khan Sahrukh Khan. She also awarded by Filmfare Award for this film as Best Debut Actress Female. After that she never looked back and has continued her successful journey till now . She has worked with some of the best actors of Bollywood and recently her film PIKU is about to release and here she has worked withthe great Amitabh Bachan.

Beauty Secrets: It has no doubt that this leggy lace beauty is blessed with a flawless skin. She drinks plenty of water to keep her body hydrated and supple like other celebrities do. She believes in the CTM routine. She said cleansing ,toning and moisturising is an essential part of skincare regime. She normally cleanse her face with a hydrated cream and she do apply sunscreens to protect her skin from harmful sunrays without forgetting a single day. She always carry extra bottles of sunscreens during travelling. She use a deep conditioning night cream usually. She dosn't do facials on regular basis. Here I want to add that she has awarded as the Most Beautiful Woman of India in 2012.

She believes that regular skin care routine is very important rather than putting too much makeup to look beautiful. It is important to look beautiful naturally. She don't forget to remove all traces of  makeup  before sleep. Even she don't like to put full makeup while at home and not for shoot. On daily basis she just apply a light foundation with neutral eyeshadow and thick eyeliner with mascara and to moisturise lips,a lipbam. She prefers loofah rather than soaps as they helps to improve the blood circulation of body and removes dead skin cells.

For hair she follows the "Dadi Maa ka nuska" from childhood and it is working superb on her hair. She do massage her hair with tender coconut oil once a week. She also visit salons for spa and body massage regularly.

Fitness Secrets: It is no secret that Deepika is a badminton player and a complete fitness freak. She is very serious about her exercise and fitness routine. She wakes up at 5am. in the morning and do yoga and that habit she has kept from her childhood. Her celebrity fitness trainer Yashmin  introduced her to Pilates and stretching and besides that she does dance,walk, etc. to stay fit and healthy. She doesn't believe on dieting at all. She said to stay fit and healthy we have to eat properly and do exercise regularly. She doesn't go to gym regularly but during travelling when there is no time for workout she prefers to hit gyms and does Pilate and Stretching exercises mostly. She does lots of free hand weights and 4 to 5 sets of stretching exercises with 20 reps. When  in no mood for exercise, she does dance on a good music and that keeps her body slim and flexible.

Diet Secrets: Deepika is a die-heard foodie and she doesn't believe in dieting . She has the view that "It is not important how much you eat ,but how healthy it is". Her dietician Puja Makhija does plan her diet and regularized that as per two-three hours. She likes to have heavy breakfast which is healthy as well. She prefers to take fruits instead of coffee in the early morning. In launch she normally take one bowl dal, one chapati with chicken/fish ,one bowl vegetable and salad. In dinner she eats one big bowl salad with one roti. In total her diet is balanced with a healthy mix of protein and carbohydrates .
