Olay Moisturising Cream Review

Today's review is on Olay Moisturising Cream .. It was my first olay product and I used to using it two years before during my pregnancy time (obviously in winter season).. After finishing one tub,i was looking for another one,but unfortunately didn't find anywhere (neither online nor offline).. But this year when i was searching for any good replacement of this moisturising cream in mall, found luckily my white baby again.. I was so happy and immediately bought that.. And i am using this cream since one month now.. I had reviewed this one before at my previous blog (which i have to delete due to some problem..).. Any way lets move why I love this cream during this dry winter season most..

Price: Rs440/- for 100gm.
Shelf Life: 3 years from mfg.

Packaging: The cream comes in a very sturdy white plastic tub with a black screw cap. Though the tub packaging is unhygienic but most of the face creams/products comes in that form.. So it is okk. Again the tub comes inside a white cardboard box which has all necessary information on it.

Texture : The cream is baby pink in colour with a very sweet fragrance (which is mild of course) . The consistency is a little thick side but very soft and smooth texture it has.

My Opinion : I love applying this one on my face and neck during this heavy winter time when my skin behaves extremely dry. I am applying it both as day cream and night cream. Due to its soft texture it spreads very smoothly on face and quickly absorb also. A small quantity requires for each use. I just put some tiny dots on my face and neck and massage with my finger tips and it absorbs effectively to give very smooth and soft skin. After applying it doesn't give any shiny look or oily look to my face like some other moisturising creams. It does its moisturising part very efficiently and doesn't feel heavy at all. I don't feel or need any extra moisturisation through out the day after applying it.. The one drawback is ,it hasn't any SPF factor.. You need extra SPF cream  during day time..

Besides that it is the best moisturising cream I have ever used.. I would love using this in every winter...

  • Moisturises really well
  • Spreads smoothly on skin and absorbs quickly
  • Mild fragrance
  • Affordable
  • Easily available
  • Doesn't feel heavy on skin
  • Doesn't leave any shiny look or oily residue on skin
  • Tub packaging
  • Dosn't have any SPF factor
Rating: 4.5/5
The Olay Moisturising Cream is one of the best cream I have ever used in winter.. It moisturises skin very effectively. A must buy moisturising cream for every one. It doesn't have any SPF ..:(.. I wish they will come with some sun protection factor in future..) Besides all that it is a worth try product..
