Here in this blogging world, each and everybody aware of about Flipkart.com . Now-a-days I am like addicted to flipkart because of their vast collection. In between I have ordered 3-4 times back to back from there and has a good experience as well. Some days before I saw a negative post about flipkart's service on facebook and on that post so many other bloggers too comment there worst experiences,but trust me I have never felt any worse experience with them .. Till now I have totally shopped 10-15 times from their site and each time I have received my parcel well packaged and before the estimated time. But this time I experienced their return facilities and was super happy with their support. And thought to do a post on that.. Before writing the full post,I am clearing that ,this one is my own experience (otherwise visit my Disclaimer section) and I am not paid by the site.
As everybody know Flipkart.com shopping site very well ,I am not going to write anything about their site and other descriptions,etc. I am only writing my recent shopping experience..
A week ago when there was a sale on Flipkart, I had ordered a handbag and a clutch (from the same brand) , and after placing the order through my Flipkart App .. I got conformation mail and messages too . Then after 4-5 days (I guess..) I received my parcel through their own courier company. The parcel was well packed . The hand bag is of superb quality and totally looks same as in the website. (By the way before that I had also purchased a sling bag of that same brand Daphne and that also of superb quality with designer look). The clutch was also looking good but the next day when I checked again I found that the clutch was very old one and there was cracks on the material.. Then I called to the customer service but as usual some network trouble happened. Then I logged in into my Flipkart App (in phone) and requested for return (there are options with some simple steps).. Then I got a message that after two days the courier person will come and will take that and I will get refund..
I was not sure about that return because I already had thrown that invoice and outer cover. On the very next day the courier person came and after a little formalities he took that and I got my refund within one day. I was super happy. How good there service.. Don't know why some people has that worse experience,but in my case Flipkart is one of the best shopping website.
One thing I want to add here that , I have a worst return experience with HomeShop18 channel . I will do another post on their worst service when you return any thing.. As compare to that ,I must say you are great Flipkart.. I will love to shop from Flipkart again and again...
